You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. 

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.

Please note, Maison Kuro does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

Maison Kuro is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
